You probably wont find a rail section that matches the radius of that handguard. Every manufacturer's handguard has their own spec's and needs their own rails or attachment accessories created for it. If you don't have the rail sections that came with the MFR, then call DD and order them. This is kind of why standardizing an attachment system for otherwise smooth handguards(m-lok or keymod) makes sense, to avoid crap like this, since otherwise hardly any of the manufacturers have the same mounting method.
Riderr, there are some other backing plates I've seen for some rail sections, but there's no guarantee that even if you could find something that worked, it would actually fit without the rail section still having some slop. You'd be better off to just get the DD rail section. Thank you, guys.
I am surprised there are no aftermarket kits to solve the issue. There's really no market for this or you would see them available. Some companies like Impact Weapon Components make a few accessories which will fit some of these proprietary rails, such as a QD sling or light mount, but it's more or less a crap shoot.
